Hanging Basket Competition 2020
We can confirm the winners of the hanging basket/container competition, sponsored by the Ladies Friendship Group, are:
1st - Elizabeth Houghton-Connell - entry no 7, the hanging basket full of fuchsias
2nd - David Trenchard - entry no 8, the hanging basket with the orange begonias
3rd - Nina Povey - entry no 4, the hanging basket with the trailing lobelia
Highly commended (HC) went to three entries:
Sue Kinlochan for both entries 2 and 3, pot with the obelisk and the dahlias
Elizabeth Houghton-Connell for entry no 6, the urn with the geraniums and trailing lobelia
